I was in a pickle because I was leaving for vacation the next day and didn't want my windshield to stay cracked in my garage just in case. I called and the person who answered was very friendly and accommodating. He listened to my concerns and was able to squeeze me in, even though he already had a packed appointment schedule that day. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The service comes with life time warranty. It was pretty cool because the person working on my car let me stay in my car and watch him work. R CHIGHLY RECOMMENDED All Thumbs Up Windshield Chip Repair ~ Called at 8:15, Eddie gave me a 10:30 appointment the same day. Cooper fixed the chip in my windshield in 20 minutes. While he worked, Cooper explained the procedure and added a few extra interesting stories. He's a character. These two gentlemen are efficient, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, professional, honest and very friendly. They seem to honestly care about their customers. Marilyn MedranoCalled Eddie today and I explained to him my situation with my windshield and although I was not able to get a service from him because it was best to replace it He really is honest and told me to replace it instead because there was nothing he can do to repair it . Repairing it was not going to work and he still directed me to a person that was able to help me .
